• Installed with superior quality rubber belt type charging conveyor which helps to transfer the sand and weighed gravels (aggregates) from the weighing conveyor below the hoppers to the pan mixer unit.
• Using heavy duty steel, Pan type mixer unit is fabricated precisely which has capacity of 0.75 m3 and 10mm thick wear resistant replaceable liner plate.
• Spring loaded paddle mixer arms comes with replaceable blades.
• The mixing arms which is directed by Imported Planetary Gear Box is attached with 30 HP motor.
• Inbuilt Additive tank is equipped with self priming pump.
• For transferring the cement to pan mixer unit, we have fitted cement silo of 1.5 tons storage capacity with screw conveyor.
• Separate weighing arrangement with electronic load cells minimize the cycle time and increase the concrete mix output of cement parallel to gravel & sand weighing.
• Control cabin which is based with PLC control panel is capable of storing 50 different recipes.
• Fully connected electric load of 64.0 HP.
